Inicia relación coa pintura e con outras artes plásticas a través da obra do avó, pintor e fotógrafo mindoniense, Santiago Pernas Salazar ( máis ).


A través dos anos ven realizando curso de formación plástica oficiais a través do Ministerio de Educación e outros a nivel privado, participando en distintos talleres de pintores nacionais e internacionais.


Traballa diferentes técnicas: pastel, acuarela, técnicas mixtas sobre materiais diversos e escultura, aínda que o traballo base é o óleo sobre tea.
